Oh my god, did this ever make me laugh!
I found it on one of the blogs I stalk (a girl who I met online through an infertility forum) called A Bug Odyssey (I hope it's ok to be linking up to you, buggy!). I had to watch it twice to get all of the script (the digital voices are a little difficult to follow) but holy cow it's funny!!!
Thankfully I've never come across someone like this on my help forum, but I guess you could see how it could happen! heehee
