I'm wondering if I should give acupuncture a try for my IVF cycle. There was (what seemed) to be a great brochure in the fertility clinic I noticed the last time I was there. Now that cycling is becoming a quickly approaching reality, I wonder if it's worth a try. I've read that it can help to increase the uterine lining, thus helping with implantation. I think it does this by increasing the blood flow to the reproductive organs or something? Not sure. Another thing that I have to look into too. There's an acupuncture clinic just down the road from where I live, so it would be convenient enough. I don't think my health insurance plan covers it, but I'll look into that, too. When you think about it, whatever it costs it could only be a drop in the bucket compared to what the IVF cycle is going to cost!
