Ah! My first acupuncture appointment is booked. To be honest, I'm a little nervous about the whole needles thing! I popped in to the acupuncture place up the road (there's actually a whole bunch of places within about a 1 mile radius, but I picked the clinic specializing in fertility) yesterday and booked my first appointment. This is the schedule she's decided on for me:
- once weekly for 6 weeks leading up to the retrieval date
- once immediately after retrieval
- once immediately before transfer, once immediately after
- once in the week following the transfer
Very cool! I'm really looking forward to it. It'll definitely be a new experience.
